Late Payments

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Clients wishing to cancel their service must provide notice at least 48 Hours prior to the scheduled service date.

Cancellation Fee

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are not eligible for a refund.

Refund vs.Credit

Clients may choose between a refund(subject to the terms below) or credit for future services, where applicable.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request along with any required documentation.

Refund requests will be processed within 14 Days, and eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
